An Outstanding Experience

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Need to Cancel?

What You Need to Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. No shows and no calls will be charged 100% of service booked.

NBR Extension services require a non-refundable $500 deposit. We book out a very large time block for our new installs so please give us 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Clients who do not show up at their scheduled time or clients who cancel within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged 50% of the service and the deposit will not be refunded.

All services will require a credit card on file to book.

Tardiness

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to the stylists and other clients and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to us and other customers.
